*Maharaj wished the people of the state on State Foundation Day*

State Public Works, Tourism, Irrigation, Panchayati Raj, Rural Works, Water Resources, Endowments and Culture Minister Satpal Maharaj paid tribute to all the people of the state on November 9 while paying tribute to the contribution of the state agitators who played a major role in the separate state movement and the agitators who were martyred during this period. Have congratulated on State Foundation Day.
Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj said that after many years of struggle, Uttarakhand was included in the Republic of India as the 27th state on 9 November 2000. Our state being an amalgamation of culture, ethnicity and religion is one of the most favorite tourist destinations in India. The people of Uttarakhand have always been known for love, harmony, natural beauty and rich culture.
He said that on the occasion of the State Foundation Day, we all should pay our respects to the brave martyrs of the Uttarakhand statehood movement and in accordance with the basic spirit of Uttarakhand, make an important contribution in making this decade the decade of Uttarakhand on the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
